OurStory

Creating a healthy, thriving community

Our Beginnings

In 2019, Good Samaritan Project, now Thrive Health Connection, celebrates 35 years of providing exceptional care in the community. An inclusive, welcoming team ensures those individuals living with HIV/AIDS have access to integrated, and holistic health care options. Thrive Health Connection offers a wide array of case management, prevention and education services. Combined with connecting individuals to community support services, including housing, food security, mental health services and job training, we strive to empower and enrich the lives of those in the community.

Mission

A regional healthcare leader and influencer, Thrive Health Connection, formerly GSP provides inclusive, holistic, and integrated health and wellness services to individuals affected by HIV and other STIs, LGBTQ communities, and those seeking a welcoming and affirming health and community center.
